Is either registered in HP4 area (incl Cow Roast) or regularly delivers training/play in that area

Is registered with Sports England or delivers sport recognised by Sports England

Is registered charity/CASC or Non-for-profit organisation

If nominating for volunteer/person Award category, the nominee is engaged within your organisation on unpaid basis
